The Golden Retriever is a loyal, family friendly large breed canine. They range in color from a light honey gold to a dark auburn gold. Golden Retrievers make great service dogs as well as family companions due to their desire to to please their owners. Our Golden Retrievers have Champion bloodlines tracing back to Spain, Netherlands, Hungry, Russia and Canada as well as AKC Champions in America. Each of our Goldens are health tested with the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals (OFA) for their hips and elbows. We have also started PRA genetic testing our Goldens as well. Our Golden puppies are current on vaccinations, deworming, microchipped with AKC Reunite, and come with a genetic health guarantee. We expect our puppies to be an average size. Our female puppies will around 55 to 68 pounds, and our male puppies will be around 68 to 80 pounds based on parents weight and quality puppy food. All puppies can range in size so make sure they get lots of exercise and are eating a well balance meal. We like to start potty training our Golden puppies at 6 weeks of age to help with training. This means they should have a good concept of going to the bathroom outside before they go to their new home. **All of our puppies come with no breeding rights and should be spayed/neutered by a licensed veterinarian by 12 months of age.**
